1. Disconnect: Unplug from the wall and disconnect the controller from the blanket
2. Cool down: Let the blanket cool completely before washing
3. Wash: Machine wash at 30°C on a delicate cycle, or hand wash
4. Dry: Hang to dry naturally. Do not tumble dry.

Reconnect: Ensure the blanket is completely dry before reconnecting the controller

• Do not tumble dry: Heat from a dryer can damage the heating elements
• Do not iron: The heating elements could be damaged
• Do not iron to dry: Let the blanket dry naturally
• Do not dry clean: Chemicals may damage the blanket

Fabric softener: Optional, but can help reduce static from the acrylic fibres

When not in use:

• Store loosely rolled or folded in a cool, dry place
• Avoid tight folding or placing heavy objects on top-this could damage the heating wires
• Keep the controller in a safe place where it won't be bent or damaged
