We want you to love your BOHEM. If it's not right for you, returning it is easy and free.

Please mail your order number and reason for return to returns@groenland.shop.

We will email you a returns label within 24 hours.

We're a young company and we're always learning. If something about your BOHEM wasn't what you expected, we'd love to hear about it. Your feedback helps us improve. So please be as elaborate as you can :)

Before you return

Some returns happen because of confusion about the controller. A quick check:

• The bottom button controls warmth (levels 1–9). Level 9 is the warmest.
• The top button controls the timer (hours), shown with a dot after the number.
• Many people intuitively press the top button expecting more heat-try the bottom button instead!

If you've tried level 9 for at least 10 minutes while wrapped in the blanket and it still doesn't meet your expectations, we completely understand and will process your return promptly.

We also received a few controllers that became defect and unresponsive. If your controller becomes defect, of course we will send you a replacement right away. Just send us an e-mail.
