We do not ship to the US. If your country has 220-240 Volt power and you want a BOHEM, send us a message. It genuinely helps us decide where to go next.

Before you write

You receive a track and trace link by email as soon as your BOHEM leaves our warehouse. If it has not arrived, send us your order number and we will trace it for you the same day.
Yes. You have 30 days to change your mind. Write to us first with your order number and we will send you the return instructions.
Every BOHEM has a two-year warranty. Send us a message with your order number and a photo or a short film of the problem, and we will sort it out.
Detach the controller and wash the blanket at 30°C on a delicate cycle or by hand. Lay flat or hang to dry. Never tumble dry or iron. The full guide is on our washing and care page.
We work with a small number of retail partners. Write to us with a little about your shop and we will come back to you.
