Simple, Free Returns

We want you to love your BOHEM. If it's not right for you, returning it is simple and free.

We're a young company and we're always learning. If something about your BOHEM wasn't what you expected, we'd love to hear about it. Your feedback helps us to improve.

Before you return

Many returns happen because of confusion about the controller. A quick check:

  • The bottom button controls warmth (levels 1–9). Level 9 is the warmest.
  • The top button controls the timer (hours), shown with a dot after the number.
  • Many people intuitively press the top button expecting more heat - try the bottom button instead!

If you've tried level 9 for at least 10 minutes while you are wrapped in - or covered - by the blanket and it still doesn't meet your expectations, we will process your return promptly.
